Due to the sudden closure of Capri Skies, a lot of brides have left without gowns for their weddings although they have paid in full / deposit to Capri Skies. Lots of brides have contacted Christina Rossi Ltd directly or other stockists and collected their gowns from us at a heavily reduced price. We are prepared to offer this specially reduced price to all brides who haven’t found their replacement gowns yet as a gesture to help. We are still keeping your gowns / orders.

We have asked a long established bridal shop, SIGNATURE of 74-90 Brown Street, Glasgow to help Christina Rossi to process reorders from Brides who were affected and handle the distribution of gowns as well. So brides can pick up their gowns from SIGNATURE free of charge.

It is Christina Rossi intention to make choosing your gown a pleasant experience and by securing the services of SIGNATURE, you will be able to have your gown steamed, altered, stored and tried on in a professional, friendly environment. Christina Rossi has negotiated a reduced rate for alteration fee.

SIGNATURE is an independent bridal shop, is not connected to Capri Skies and is not a stockist of Christina Rossi yet but they are just generous and kind to offer support to brides who were let down by Capri Skies.

STEPS FOR REORDER OF YOUR CHRISTINA ROSSI GOWN

• Reorder your gown at SIGNATURE (please provide your order details including your full name, gown style no. , color, size and Christina Rossi Oder Confirmation No. (if know), so that they can process your order correctly.

• Payment will be made to Chrisitna Rossi Ltd, not SIGNATURE and we will only accept payment by Credit Card. Staff at Signature will help process your payment transaction on behalf of Chrisitna Rossi Ltd. Receipt will be provided after the order confirmation and the completion of payment transaction.

• Staff at SIGNATURE will give you a call when your gown arrives their shop

• Orders are already made will be able to delivered to you in 4 weeks time , orders are currently in production and recent new order have been ordered but not been put into production yet , an approximately delivery date will be given (usually 3- 4months from order confirmation). If your wedding is urgent, please inform the staff at SIGNATURE, they can arrange a rush cut for you.
