A review of Capri Skies by Miffed Bride written on Thursday 18th of June 2009
Hi there
I have spoken to Barclaycard as i had paid via my Mastercard and they have advised me of the following..
1. If Capri Skies is made either Bankrupt or enter a Trust Deed we will have to make a claim against the estate.Unless there are any assets we have lost our money!
2.Make a claim on your mastercard they will treat it as goods not received and providing Capri Skies does not dispute the transaction your money should be refund within 60days from the date you 1st put the claim in.
So the best thing for us Brides to be is that The Cameron are not made Bankrupt!
So fingers crossed.
Not sure if all Mastercard and Visa companies have the same policy so i would suggest on speaking to their Liqudation Department and that can advise of their policy.
Hope this info helps
