They did exactly what it said on the tin. Creative Home Solutions' Mr Shields arrived before installation and we agreed on a budget and the new kitchen format. Ten days later, in May '09, the tradesmen appeared at the door and the work was completed between 8.00 am and 2.30pm.

We are delighted with the standard of the finished product.

ps. There was one blip - a day or so after the installation our gas boiler developed a fault. As it turned out this was nothing to do with Creative Home Solutions. Nevertheless they sent their plumber to check it out..
