A review of Capri Skies by Brideonamission written on Tuesday 23rd of June 2009
I have spoken to Trading standards (on a few occasions) and they have advised that small claims is a waste of time and money - as if Kahlua Cameron is declared bankrupt in the next week or so then theres definetily no money to get. Glasgow Sheriff court said the estimated time for outcome of a small claim is around 6 weeks.Even if youre registered as a creditor, creditors are settled in order of value. So Inland revenue and all the councils involved will take whats owed to them first- after that there isnt much chance of any money remaining.
Try emailing Kahlua as she is making sure all emails get a reply. I used the email address on the website. The newest statement on the website helps if going to your bank or insurer. I didnt have wedding insurance and paid by Maestro - currently discussing options with the bank. theyre not helping so far in regards to chargeback type procedure (as theres no policy for maestro) but they advised theyll help with credit card, overdraft, loan or something that will make the wedding possible!.
