"Re charges"

In response to why nobody has been charged for this. In order for the police to charge someone they have to have substantial evidence that a person can be tried for the crime otherwise it will not stand up in court. You cant just go about charging people just because the public has decided someone needs to pay.

I am sure from what the new statement says that they are working on getting as much evidence together as possible to secure a conviction on whoever is guilty but this takes time otherwise there is a risk that there is not substantial evidence and it would be thrown out of court.

We are all angry and have lost money (me included) but I'm sure if what has happened has been due to someone illegally stealing money then the culprit will be brought to justice..
