"Capri skies - dress"

I ordered my dress at the wedding show at the SECC and had to pay for it in full. When I heard the news I was devastated, but managed to contact Kahlua through her email link on her website. She kept in touch and could not have been more helpful, providing me with a sample dress as a replacement. Ir was clear to see the stress of the situation has effected her, and her family greatly, and that they are keen to help out wherever possible. As people have stated in previous reviews, the police are investigating the situation and it is in their hands. It's easy to be angry and emotional at the situation, especially something as important as your wedding dress, however maybe we should all hold off on jumping to conclusions. I am now able to look forward to may wedding, which has had to be postponed due to a run of bad luck, the dress just being one issue, and I would not be able to do this had it not been for the thoughtfulness and kindness of Kahlua, for which I am sincerely grateful..
