"Got money back"

Some good news! I got my money back from Capital One credit card company yesterday. 10 days ago I sent a copy of my receipt from capri skies and a copy of Kahlua's statement plus I sent my credit card statement. I also used a template letter stating that I was claiming back under Section 75 of consumer credit act. They had no quibbles and have been great. My dress cost less to get through another shop so I am one of the lucky ones. Hope this helps others trying to claim back from credit card company but I don't know if all are as helpful as Capital One have been but at the end of the day the credit card company are jointly liable if you dont get your goods..
