"Worst customer service i have ever experienced"

12.30 on 6/07/2009 - person on the perfume counter was not only unhelpful but downright rude - having stood behind another customer clearly seeking help she

answered my question regarding an item of aftershave very abruptly and while I was clearly still looking for advice on other products of aftershave called over customers from another counter and then unbelievably whilst I was still waiting served another customer - customer service is clearly badly lacking and very unsatisfactory.
