"Fabulous staff who gave me a good birth story to tell"

I was booked in for induction with my first child due to high blood pressure and was pretty terrified as I had been told a horrible tale of induction prior to being told I was being induced. From the moment I arrived the staff were wonderful. Despite being terrified I was frequently reassured, every member of staff was sympathetic, despite the fact that they may have had the same conversation a billion times that week. I had the full course of induction and it was decided that I would have to go for a C section. This was the last thing I wanted - again the theatre staff were wonderful!!!! I was not allowed to feel nervous for a second. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy and it felt more like a trip to the dentist or hairdressers. I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the hospital for looking after me and my baby so well..
