A review of Allied International Credit by Anon E Mouse written on Monday 21st of September 2009
Don't bother trying to phone them.
A) Some calls they make are from an automated system, and can't pick up a callback.
B) They have nothing worth listening to, and lie at convenience - and are very unpleasant with it.
C) If they can't write to you, they have nothing worth saying.
D) If they threaten you with bailiffs, attachment of earnings, CCJs, etc, send them a CCA letter. Mre details about that can be found on the Debt Collection Industry threads on the Consumer Action Group website.
In response to the short-lived student, are you honestly surprised people treat you like that? If you treat 'customers' like the rest of your firm appears to, then it's small wonder that customers who've had the dubious 'pleasure' of prior AIC contact will be defensive.
You're better off out of that company, and find yourself a more honest and useful industry to work in..
