"Hmm...Let me disagree!"

The first time I went there was during break from uni, I found the place quite charming! The staff were lovely even though the place was packed! They acted like I was the only person in the place and took the time to have a small chat with me. The food was lovely and the cake!! It was amazing!! I now frequent at the place for a piece of cake and for the peaceful atmosphere. I'm really sorry that you couldn't appreciate the place for what it is!! AND it is sooo underpriced!! I'm a student and well I can't exactly afford dining out, but it's cheap as chips. Also, you cant make assumptions like that!! I'm sure that they were accidently given the wrong bill, everyone makes mistakes, its only human! You, my friend, have a bee in your bonnet!!.
