"Happy with models not service"

I have order several models from cromwell and I am very happy with the models but communications is another thing. I talked directly with Gordon on the phone once and he is a nice person. The rest of the time I left messages and e-mails an no reply. It took on average 2 months for my order to arrive. In Gordon's defense he has been dealing with family health issues which takes up much of his free time. .
