The organisation is always first class and it makes my job so much easier to know that I can turn up on the day and everything will be perfect. The team are also very helpful and friendly to all of our delegates which has been commented on in our feedback forms. With me being such a regular it can seem that I take it for granted so I wanted to formally say that I really appreciate it!.
