Installed boiler for us a couple of years ago. Work was fine at the time and recently have been trying to get a service arranged.

They never answer the phone. Someone phoned me back after I left a second message. Made arrangements, but they cancelled on the day, then didn't return calls to confirm second date, which they themselves had suggested. Now leaves us the hassle of finding someone else to service it.

Could try harder. After-sales is important to customers even if not to the company..
