"Cromwell takes the money but falls short on the goods"

A review of Cromwell Models by The model man written on Thursday 3rd of December 2009

Cromwell do indead produce some stunning models, however the customer service is poor and thats being kind. I recently paid for a kit being promissed i would have it before December, "Guess what" not had it yet. Am starting to get fed up with no replies to emails, maysbe its time the local Police were contacted, i for one will never purchase from this man again.
