Dear Mrs Bradford.

I would like to say a big thank you to your manager in the sauchiehall street shop, my mum was very intrested in your sultana and cherry cake, after tasting, it just made her day we bought two and other cakes but it was a great pleasure to be served by the manager who was very chatty and helpfull. may we say the shop looks great very warm and welcoming with happy friendly atmosphere and nice friendly staff. Happy Christmas mrs vera campbell esq. Daughter iris campbell..
