"Good food - No Service (Delivery)!!!"

If you decide to have a take away delivery order, make sure you order well in advance of getting hungry. After ordering and being advised that it would be in next delivery and after well over an hour later still no food or call, I decided to call to enquire as to when we could expect our food order only to be told 'don't know when driver will be back -thats it!'. I expect a delayed service on a Saturday night, however to be told that there was no time expendance on delivery is a bit much to expect from a restaurant/delivery which is literally two minutes drive from our home.

Needless to say, with the amount of Chinese Restaurantes in the area, the Night Palace will be at the bottom of the list.

Do not have a problem with the Restaurant or the quality of food but have little to say for the customer service from front line staff..
