A review of Allied International Credit by Anonymous CAG member written on Tuesday 5th of January 2010
"Sorry but you are tottaly and utterly wrong, AIC or any DCA for that metter do not have to supply a CCA and this has been stated through the courts as only a step to enforcement... NOT enforcement."
'For that metter' and 'tottaly' - which mean what? And who stated what you've claimed?
If AIC pocket the CCA request cash, then they are to forward the request the cash came with to the original creditor, in order to substantiate their right to collect on the balance. One thing AIC are NOT supposed to do - and have a nasty and well-known habit of doing, as you will well know, is to use the cash to bring down the value of the yet-to-be-substantiated 'debt'
"get a life, get your facts straight and pay up" - Got one already, my facts are straight, and you had the chance to try and prove, but failed...so no..
