Yes i am a debt collections officer hated more than a traffic warden in this tough time that has seen many people having to buy cheaper food not spend money in the january sales on designer clothes or tell little timmy that christmas has been cancelled because santas woodcraft tools have been repossessed before he could fashion a crutch whos to blame lets all gang together like neds and point the finger at the dca,s the banks the government for making money buy buying the banks with our money and not giving us our unfair bank charges back and lets not forget the dirty little scum bags who design forums to shovel their hatred of borrowing money and having to pay it back YES!!!!!! their are people that life has dealt the cards of misfortune through lack of work in the building trade or unfaithful partners clearing bank accounts and doing a runner BUT THESE PEOPLE MY FRIENDS are the people we are trained to deal with with a degree of EMPATHY not the people who slam the phone or ask for coas these are the people we send to the national debt line and even have a department who deal with dmc,s not the scum succing freeloading people that have put this country in a state did i forget them when i pointed the finger didnt we all spouting their words of venom with promises of false hope so how do you deal with these people at aic SIMPLE tell them your situation prove your situation we are 100% call recorded monitored on every call why because we need protection as well as the poor people that have debts not the scum sucking leaches that try to complain because they were asked for an income and expenditure these people that promise you loop holes flaws in the sysem and supply reasons to complain are the cause of why just one day an officer will be so annoyed at trying to help fix the state of this eonomic crisis and not t forget the poor debtor who needs a gentle sympathetic ear is suffering from the hundred sheep or shepards talking bull every day yes we make money from the banks not you you spent the money so for the 5 innocent people every day who get a raw deal remember this your only 1 call we have 150 a day at least and for all the innocent stressed people we apologise for the carriers of torment that you trust when you get a call speak to the officer like a human being you never know and as for the people that visit these sites well they have got to be looking for a way out because the ones we helped dont need to visit these type of sites .
