"Fantastic staff but....."

Staff were fantastic. Only one small thing, they do not allow customers access to the toilet and send you round the corner to the hotel! Even for young children...have to say with the money that is spent in the shop you'd think they would invest in a small toilet for customer use! But that to one side the service is excellent!!.
