"Disappointing"

Some of the teachers showed their true colours on Monday. They’ve not only let themselves down but their colleagues. Maybe they firmly believed that if they didn’t continue industrial action (which they voted for overwhelmingly in favour of) they’ll have a better chance of a keeping their job come 30th June. Maybe they believed that if they didn’t take industrial action then management will look upon them favourably when it came to them keeping their jobs. Maybe they firmly believed that the overhead presentation that they received gives them hope of job security and a brighter future . Let me remind these disillusioned few that the future is not bright the future is school closure and redundancy. .
