"Is the princess royal a good hospital"

This is going to be my 1st time giving birth at this hospital. ive always went to the qmh but it closed down in jan. im anxious about this hosp as ive heard lots of horror stories. staff unfriendly rude uncaring and that its like a cattle market. in give birth then get out asap. is there any truths to these stories. .
