A review of Angelique Lamont by May 2010 Bride written on Monday 5th of April 2010
Sept 2009 I trailed around glasgow with my mum looking for my perfect dress.. I tried numerous shops including berketex and sarah louise bridal who I was very unimpressed with!
The last shop I tried was Angelique Lamont, they were quite busy with other brides, but they let me have a look round all the dresses while I waited.
It didnt take long till the shop assistant Donna became available, she told me to pick a few dresses that I liked to try on. I picked 5 in total but because I have scoliosis I was finding it very hard to find a dress that complimented my figure becuase I have one hip slightly higher than the other... all 5 dresses that I picked were beautiful, but they werent right for me.
Donna could see that i was getting upset and asked me to try on a dress that she had picked.
At first glance I thought NO WAY! thats not my style at all, but she asked me just to try it on anyway, so I did. And WOW! It is my dream dress, it hid all my unwanted bits and i felt like a proper bride!
So i want to say that i strongly disagree with all the bad reviews for Angelique Lamont they spent alot of time with me and im so grateful that they managed to find me my dress, which is called Angie in the Shop and made by Mori Lee :D
Highly reccomended! x.
