This observer geezer seems to know what he is talking about. I say support him and the teachers. The management in that school are not to be trusted judging by the observers comments. Why are other staff not supporting the teachers? All the people getting behind the teachers will make them a stronger workforce and defeat the mismanagement that is taking place in the school..
