A review of Springboig St Johns School by Interested party written on Saturday 17th of April 2010
The "Observer" offers their opinions as fact but it is clear to anyone working in St John's that the bile put forward by this person does not represent the feelings of the staff group in any way, shape or form. Most of the staff in St John's regard the plans for the new provision in much the same way as the enthusiastic member of staff who posted earlier. The "Observer" seems to be a bitter, desperate member of staff who is uncertain of their future employment prospects. I am similarly unsure whether or not I will have a job in the new set-up but that does not stop me from being enthusiastic about the plans.
St John's has to die and, to be honest, it's about time, as anyone with an understanding of modern education will appreciate. Anyone who has been doing their job to the best of their ability during their time at the school has a fighting chance of a job at the new school. If this does not apply to the "Observer" he/she should be big enough to admit that that is their main concern rather than the future of the school.
It also seems clear that the "Observer" is posting comments on here under a number of pseudonyms to attempt to create an illusion that he/she has the support of a wider audience. Again, the word "desperate" comes to mind. .
