"Dreadful experience !"

After being recommended this shop I was so disappointed - not allowed to try anything on as didnt have someone with me . Would you believe they charge you £20 if you want them to assist you as " you have to pay for their time" ? Is that not their job ? Are they not being paid to work there already ? Will not darken their doorstep again - next shop i went to was excellent - could teach them a thing or two ! .
