"Dis-organised"

When goods are in stock, work is carried out well and in the time arranged. However, on two ocassions now we have had to order tyres, only to arrive on the day we said we would to find they have been used for another customer or simply not there. There is no paper-work given and you never "see" anyone do any ordering. .
