"Best haircut I've ever had"

I went for a complete re-style (shoulder-length to very short) with Mark from Thomas Paterson, which was the first time I'd been to the salon. It doesn't look like much from the outside and, to be honest, I didn't get the friendliest welcome from the reception staff. But don't let those first impressions put you off - Mark gave me the best haircut I've ever had. He took so much time and care over it. He listened to what I asked for and then (politely) made a few suggestions of his own. He took into account the shape of my face, the texture of my hair, how long I wanted to spend styling it every morning, how often I could visit the salon so how it would look as it grew out, etc. I was delighted with the result and so many people have commented since on how much it suits me. I'll be a lifelong customer now..
