A review of Ho Wah by John D. written on Thursday 8th of July 2010
As a treat, my friend and I got takeaway meals from Ho Wah restaurant. We were really hungry and looking forward to our meals. Don't mind paying if the meal is nice but it was disgusting. The rice hardly looked cooked and was bland and gooey. The meat was tasteless as were the vegetables. Fifty pence had been added on to each item on the menu due to their "increased costs" so it was an expensive meal by the time they had added on all the 50p's!
A few mouthfuls were enough for us and the meal was
promptly binned and we headed down to the chippy!
The staff didn't seem friendly so we didn't see the point in complaining about the poor standard of our meals. This was our first visit to Ho Wah and our last!Wouldn't recommend it..
