"Still waiting for my reciept"

Good service apart from waiting for a reciept i have foned 5 times regarding this and still dont have it they also didnt check to see if my radaitor was back in the top mounting so had to get my mechanic to sort this and tighen aa few bell housing bolts i need my reciept for my books my account is not happy regarding this so would not pass there details on to anybody else.
