"Disappointed today with service"

Disappointed today when I shopped in Spiritio and the sales assistant was more than annoyed to wrap a gift I had purchased costing £25.50. Previous experience over years shopping here has been that all gifts can be wrapped . I am under no illusion that this is still the same. Shame about the gruff service today as previous shopping experiences have not been like this. Maybe a bit of customer service training would help..
