"Disappointing"

Blue Crescent were appointed by my home insurers to repair water damage on the kitchen ceiling which had come from the bathroom. Scott, the chap who worked on the bathroom was absolutely brilliant but I'm afraid to say that the standard of the work carried out by the subcontractors used by Blue Crescent to re-plaster and decorate my kitchen was of a very poor standard. Added to that the lackadaisical approach of Blue Crescent to communicate made the whole experience not one that I would either care to repeat or to recommend to anyone else..
