Me and my partner would just like to thank you for how delicately you were with us when our 5 month old kitten was put to sleep but would think that the qwner should get a letter telling them exactly what happened to and what was wrong with their pet.

i was extremly upset and can hardly remember what the vet told me therefor am very confused.
