"Not so perfect....."

Have just had 6 windows put in and whilst the windows themselves are fine (one or two small things to fix), the overall service received has disappointing.

The website advises no sales pressure however when the salesman came out to my house, I felt very much under pressure to sign up that night or 'lose the great deal'.

The office staff lack customer service skills and you have to constantly chase for information.

The damage to the plaster around my window frames was shocking; on a positive note, they sent a plasterer to repair the damage.

As I said, the windows themselves are fine but I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone unless they're prepared for the above. I wish I'd been one of the totally satisfied customers!.
