A review of Mail Coach by Mr Kevin Clements written on Monday 27th of December 2010
We had a great xmas night on the 4th december 2010. We booked for 12 and the meal was lovely the entertainment was basic but we made it a good night. All in all we spent over £700 between us and we really enjoyed our selfs.
On the minus side there was no heating some staff needed training in customer service but we did not let this spoil our night.
We had booked 2 7 seater taxis to pick us up at 12. Unfortunatly they did not turn up. We asked if it was possabile to stand in the foyer until we arranged for more taxis.(we did not want more drinks and we were not roudy our age range is 45/61). we felt that we were treated as second class citizens. And as the tempreture plummeted we were left to freeze. Our night was wasted by the way the staff treated us.
We had all been talking about making this a regular venue for our weekly night out but due to the unacceptable behavour of the staff at the end of the night we will not be back.
What a loss to this company as we never go out without spending a few hundred pounds between us.
We would be happy for the owner/Managing director to contact us to get more information on how we as a group felt. .
