"Christmas Day"

I had booked the Mailcoach for Christmas Day for all my family 11 of us in total. I have been to the mailcoach many times and have always had a lovely meal On Christmas Day we arrived with high expectations.First thing there was no atmosphere no Christmas Music.The staff were not very attentive and seemed very inexperienced though pleasant enough.The meal was ok expected more for Christmas Day. Most of us sat all through the meal with our coats on because it was so cold. I was also under the impression that the children would be given a selection box when leaving we had six children with us and we were not given any (not sure about this)This was the first time we had ever went out for Christmas dinner and was very disapointed.Unfortunately not worth the £289 i paid..
