"Do not expect to be taken on time"

Having been the previous week and had good service I thought this was a great salon. Made appointment at 11am the following week and duly arrived at 10.55. Was told stylist would be with me in a moment by the stressed receptionist. By 11.25 I had had enough and walked out. Emailed managing director who said she would check what had happened with the staff and get back to me. She never did. Stylist was brilliant. Customer Service - poorest ever. .
