A review of HM Revenue & Customs by James Findlay written on Thursday 10th of March 2011
Tried to get through on the telephone at 12-15pm but had to give up after going through 5mins of what is your problem go on to the website it is easier as we don`t answer telephone calls until your bill is up as far you can stand the horrible music and some voice thanking you for waiting. I gave up after listening to this pathetic message for 10minutes.I think I would have been on for at least 1hour as it was lunchtime,as they now use a premium phone number I would have used up my refund paying my telephone bill..
