"Very POOR Service in EAST KILBRIDE SCOTLAND"

The staff NEVER answer the phone. The postman fro G74 3HW always leave a "Sorry, You Were Out" card a day after he tries to deliver the parcel. Why not leave a card on the same day? How busy can the staff be that they can't answer customers' queries. I wanted to know the opening times of the Delivery office in East Kilbride. According to the card, that was left through my door, my parcels have been left at the Delivery office in Glasgow G53 6AE. Why should I go to Glasgow to collect my parcels if I live at Alison Lea, East kilbride G74 3HW? Where are my parcels, in Glasgow or East Kilbride?.
