"Approachable & open-minded G.P"

Dr Henderson, is approachable & open-minded! He's open to hearing his patients thoughts / ideas! He is extremely patient, tactful & diplomatic! The patients of his who have "long term illness", he is also aware that they too know their own body & mind! That is when he's open-minded enough to take on board what they feel, & think what Would be more benifical in their treatment! Be it physical, mental or other! Being a good G.P also means at times some patients don't like what is being said, even if it is for their own benifit! People who may have dependency issues, will learn than even though Dr Henderson is open-minded, does not mean that "wool can be pulled over his eyes"!
