"Drumchapel Hospital is a God send"

My elderly father was in Drumchapel Hospital for three weeks recovering and my family and I visited him on a regular basis. The hospital staff and location was excellent as it was not far from Drumchapel train station and the bus stop was almost at the door of the hospital. The place could do with a bit of money being spent but apart from that the wards looked very clean and the staff I observed washed hands on a very regular basis. i was surprised to see that one of the wards was empty which seemed like a waste of space and i am sure it could hold more patients.
