"WRONG NUMBER"

EVERY TIME I TRY TO PHONE TO PAY MY FINE IT SAYS THE NUMBER I HAVE CALLED IS NOT RECOGNISED BOTH NUMBERS 01414185837 AND ALSO 01414298888 SO HOW CAN I PAY IF THE WRONG NUMBERS ARE ADVERTISED.
